Creative Fire Session
For fanning the flame of your creative vision
into a steady, roaring hearthfire.
This session is for you if:
• You’re an artist, performer, writer, or visionary who feels stuck, scared, or unsure of how to begin (or re-begin)
• You’re working on a performance project, either solo or in collaboration, and crave some devising guidance, intuitive insights, and wildly useful tools to help you create
• You’re holding a long-held dream, unfinished project, or idea that both excites and terrifies you
• You’re emerging from creative hibernation and want help finding the spark again
• Or perhaps you simply crave a clear, attuned mirror and grounded next steps to bring your vision fully into form

Story-Weaving Session
For shaping, honing, and offering a story:
personal, mythic, or somewhere in between.
This session is for you if:
• You’re preparing to tell a story (personal, myth, fiction, or folktale—on stage, in ritual, in community, or on the page)
• You want support clarifying what the story’s really about, how it wants to be told, and/or how to carry it with power and beauty
What you’ll receive:
• Coaching on story structure, memorization, delivery, mythic resonance, embodiment, and presence
• Guidance on seeking out and weaving multiple versions of a myth or folktale into a telling that’s uniquely yours
• Insight into discerning what the story is truly about — and how it wants to be carried through your voice and body
• Support in integrating ritual, energetic, or symbolic elements into your performance (if that calls to you)
• Practices to help you feel more confident and connected to yourself, your story, and your audience
• A space to honor your voice, your vision, and the deep medicine you carry through the story you’re telling (or that’s telling you)

Into the Mystery Session
For immense life transitions and leaps into the unknown.
This session is for you if:
You’re on a threshold of something ending or beginning
You sense it’s time to leap, and want support in finding the trust, grounding, and inner resourcing to do it
You’re learning to listen more deeply to your intuition and inner guides
You want to cultivate your capacity to walk—and even dance—with the unknown

Compassionate validation of what’s dissolving and what’s emerging
Practices to support intuition, clarity, nervous system steadiness, and embodied connection to the Earth

why work with me?
As a professional storyteller, actress, ritual artist, storyteller, performer, writer, and threshold guide, my work lives at the intersection of embodiment, nature, and mystery. Shaped by years of nomadic living, chronic illness, underworld journeys, and land-based ritual, I hold space for creative emergence and deep becoming. As a mentor, grief tender, and facilitator, I center intuition, beauty, deep listening, relationship with the invisible realms, the body, and connection with Earth as essential to healing and wholeness.
I’ll serve as guide, mirror, dramaturg, muse, coach, and midwife of your art and story—whether on paper, onstage, or unfolding as your own life. The quality of space I tend depends on who you are and what your work and world needs. In general, though, you can expect a mix of deep presence, compassionate and incisive reflection, trauma awareness, body-listening, humor and reverent irreverence, and insightful guidance.
Well-versed both in prolific seasons of creation and fertile periods of hibernation, I hold space for creative emergence and deep becoming as I help artists, visionaries, wild mystics, feral explorers, and anyone else embody their true voice and bring their soul’s work into form. It’s my deep passion to support you in birthing what can emerge only through you—and living the life that only you can—in these days where Earth needs all our unique gifts, needs us all to imagine and create and live through the utterly unique lens of our own wild soul.
A few more details:. I studied writing and experimental theatre at Yale University; have trained in physical theatre, music, clown, butoh, voice, and puppetry; have performed in forests, fields, theatres, classrooms, and streets; have taught across the U.S. and worldwide, both in-person and online; have assisted with wilderness rites of passage; am a certified yoga instructor and energy healer; was co-founder and resident storyteller of The School of Mythopoetics; and have facilitated transformational work with hundreds of individuals and groups. I’m also a playwright, and am currently working on a one-woman show that takes place in a black hole.
